Abruzzo is an undiscovered region and I proud to talk about you my region with you. Here people can find a combination of a lot of natural beauties, arts, friendly people, authetic and genuine food and many experiences of its lifestyles. Moreover Abruzzo is sourrounded by 3 National Parks, one of which has been recently awordes UNESCO Geopark and 1 regional park and 1 protected marine area.

Abruzzo is considered a green region so I think the most important and suggestive activities are the many outdoor that we can do in my region biking, trekking, nordic walking, canoe, climbing, horseriding and much more but I proud of our lifestyle experiences like cooking class, saffron harvest, or tasting oil with a sommelier or wine harvest or truffle hunting.

But for my experience with our visitors and personally I like “ caming back to the past, to our origin” and looking for the traditional activities , the old histories, the museum sheep farming museum and finding the ancient villages where the time seems to have stopped are magical moment that anybodies can forget.
